Shabby Chic Wedding Cupcakes
I loved doing these shabby chic wedding cupcakes. The bride had such a beautiful and unique style. I am happy to say the cupcakes matched the decor of the reception hall perfectly. It was a gorgeous event and I was so pleased to be a part of it. The lavender colored cupcakes were vanilla with vanilla buttercream, the pink cupcakes were raspberry and the yellow were lemon. The raspberry filling was made from scratch and the lemon juice used was all fresh from hand squeezed lemons. I do everything possible to bake things fresh and from scratch. Thanks for the fun order! Congrats to Bride and Groom!
NOTE: Sweeten the Deal Desserts made the wedding cake but it was decorated by the wedding decorator to match the rest of the decor at the reception hall.

Farm Birthday Cupcakes
These cupcakes were for my daughter's 2nd birthday with a Farm theme. I got so caught up in decorating for the party and baking the cupcakes, I didn't get to make any wrappers :(
I can totally see how catering the desserts for your event would be so much easier, but I can't do that because I just prefer the taste of my cupcakes over all the other competition (I may be just a little biased...)
The cows were vanilla with vanilla buttercream, the yellow chicks were lemon cake with lemon cream cheese frosting, the horse was chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream and the pigs were a new flavor- vanilla cake with a raspberry filling and raspberry flavored buttercream.
The raspberry filling I made from scratch and all the lemon juice that went into the lemon cake and frosting was all squeezed this morning by hand from juicy, fresh lemons. They may have only looked half complete from the vision I had for them, but they were fresh, moist and delicious!
I also have to showcase the adorable handmade invitations done by Arrows and Ink (email amyvlivingston@gmail .com to place an order), a fellow crafty entrepreneur with her own card making company. I told her I wanted a girly farm theme with a pink barn and she came up with these fantastic invitations I will cherish!
